Some notes on this run~
(Yes I know I typed a lot.)
I put * by Remmy and Mohoss because I don't remember Mohoss actually being in the zone after I took comments and I was aware that Remmy had connection issues but unsure if that got worked out during the run so he could actually attend. If these people or anyone in their parties know, or if there were other issues could you PM me or so? If I notice people leaving or d/cing or whatever right after we enter the zone, they should not be counted as attending the run, especially if they wish to be on the money list or have the run count as 1/2 or 2/2 to gain lotting rights. I'm not trying to be mean to these two, it's just something I noticed this week, and it should be addressed so it doesn't take anyone by surprise. I have taken my own name off of the money list before because I had chronic d/c issues during a run and I gave up trying.
I have been keeping a list of people that I notice being slow to pass, and of people reported to me as being slow to pass. (Yes people communicate with me via tell that you don't know about.) Everyone should know the rule on this, and how I feel about it when it isn't followed. The next run we do, rights will begin to be taken away from people who don't care to pass quickly when it is something they aren't lotting. If you have concerns that you might be on this list, talk to me or get it together and learn to pass. I know for a fact that the group can pass quickly, since we had a big bill drop after the 3 minute warning on this run and it was distributed to the currency collector very quickly.
It has come to my attention that people decided to quit after this run because they didn't like that people were told to pass repeatedly, and in a "too harsh" manner. I don't expect to see these people in the linkshell list again because I am assuming they dropped their pearls after making this announcement. If they are seen in the list, their pearls will be broken.
We have rules, and we have people designated to enforce them. We have people designated to carry out certain roles throughout runs also. When people don't follow rules or leadership direction, this is when problems arise. Every person in the linkshell should have read the rules, and have a basic understanding of how things are done. If not, they need to go back and read again or ask questions if they need something clarified. If you don't like how things are run, you can always ask leaders about it and there could be a chance that we will discuss it and make tweaks here and there, but don't count on it. We are aware that we can't make all the people happy all the time. We just do what seems to have been working for several months now, and make changes as we see fit.
Bottom line is, you are choosing to be a part of this linkshell, which shows you are accepting our terms of operation. If you don't accept them then you are free to choose another group, but we hope you stick around.
